And will the bank space be compensated according to the price this round or the previous round? Bcoz most of the old players bought bank space before which was at a higher price. 
It will be refunded for the cost from this round. I cannot know what was bought in this round or the old one.
However, scorchio is right. Technically, when you factor in the rarity of round 4 points, and the fact that I scaled everything down relatively, you would get more or less the same from a refund at this round's price than the old one.
