For some time there has been chatter about better doing raids, specifically about what NPC's are available to attack.
The current system requires you to go into the NPC to check & the colour on the map is the same.
Simple answer;
red = dead (not able to be attacked as its still under timer)
yellow/amder = currently being attacked (raid is already formed on this NPC)
green = hammer time! attack.
this could be applied to the colour disc on the map (currently light blue) &/or to the NPC name in the square to the right (in this area) or to the word raid.
