Haha, no worries, no offense taken xD Just messing around. When I drew those (they are actually Big Boss Man items and he provided reference image for the items), it was originally supposed to be animated, however it was going to greatly exceed filesize limit (basically lighter line was supposed to run through the red glowish part around the items), tho perhaps using additive animation could have worked to keep filesize down. I think I also had concerns about it actually looking good in .gif, considering alpha value could either be 1 or 0.
I have experimented with animated .png tho, even though some browsers don't play it (in which case it is simply going to display first frame I think), unless they have added the support in last few years. But again, file size is an issue. Here's an example of animated Shining Dawn Gauntlets. Unless there's a way to have additive animation as with .gifs, it's basically going to be original size*frames. (My example has 3 frames)
I think gifs are pretty weak for animations with transparency. I have good news though:
Basically everything except non-Chromium-based Microsoft Edge browser support animated PNGs now, so I think that's the way to go. I'll have a think about it. I think I used that for some special items years ago; some moon boots or something

Curious when Brave Browser will be taken seriously enough to be included on these lists

I really hate a lot of my items and would like to update them. But I'd have to start from scratch.

I was going to say, yeah, but it's just Chromium-based... but they pretty much all are now, besides Safari and Firefox, and the latter is in the single digit % global usage now. Sad times Well, easier for web developers, but conceptually a bad thing.
