CK, you should look into ways to block people from using the forums.. maybe use the ip blocking code but only link it to the forums just a suggestion for later on 
I just read this thread and also the other thread regarding bugs being exploited by Norco and Okmaster.. and this is just freakin stupid.. Even how they justify things are stupid..
And also, I agree with WarGod on "forum blocking" or maybe just limiting the number of posts per day to selected players.. I've read so many useless, nonsense, and purely stupid replies from a handful of members that are as good as spam itself.. We know who they are, and their post counts speak for themselves..

lol i think they might let you have access scoio but i think the certain amount of posts per day then maybe blocking if they continue to spam
