it seems the bug that was holding spots in the backpack wasnt squashed, it just moved to a new backpack. i have 3 spots reserved for auction bids, but i dont have any bids in... i did bid on 3 mods, but the auctions were canceled, and i just noticed that it is still holding the spots

I was just about to post about this as I have the same problem. I have one slot reserved for an auction I never won.
Also I've just noticed that once items are put up for auction they are never returned to you. I've had 2 auctions end without bids and my items weren't returned to my backpack

It doesn't matter, since I'm deleting item mods soon, and there aren't many for people to own anyway
