To prevent further abuse by deliberately breaking the chat room formatting by posting extremely long lines, I would strongly recommend enforcing the following condition: if somebody's line has a word containing more than 64 characters, then simply break the line at 64 characters, regardless whether the long word was "cut" and continued on the next line or not (if it was the first word in the long phrase).

I know the new chatroom is soon to come, but this change shouldn't take long.

If however this is too difficult, the next time this happens I won't think twice (as I did today) before banning the person in fault for 24 hours.

I already do this on the shout box and other chat boxes, as far as I know.

Seems funny to me that with the introduction of the rainbow and grayscale all of a sudden people have the urge to break the page.

I don't recall this happening at all before.
