The LATEST version doesn't work any more.
I just upgraded.

But the version before did work.
I am also noticing off rendering quirks, like the one on the profile pages. There is a gray bar which separates the two columns of each profile. As you scroll, the bar will sometimes be connected with the gray box it is inside, then it won't, then it will again(smiley)

I know it's terrible, but I wish nobody used Opera. Very few developers actually test their site fully in opera, because of it's macroscopic user base. Usually, if it doesn't work in Opera, it's opera's fault.
Explains something of why they release so many updates to it(smiley)

I also wish Internet Explorer would resort to Gecko or Webkit and just give up because their rendering engine is even worse in IE8 than it is in IE6

Ahh that's so unfortunate.

Hmm I didn't notice this (at least not in my case) but something else: the fact that the WASD keys don't work in the world map using Opera, even if the world has focus (noticing this on the 9.51 Linux version).

Heh, I know many devs resent Opera. Still, it's the best choice one has for certain purposes: for speed and smoothness - Firefox is very lazy (FF3 on Windows, but FF2 on Linux works just great so I don't have to switch), IE - I never touch it and Chrome is still buggy (although it was supposed to be fast and reliable). And Safari is really really cute but not as fast as I'd like it to.

Hell, even the iGoogle homepage is broken(smiley)
Hopefully it will be up to scratch soon, but it will never, ever be the fastest browser. They are a large corporation and this is just one of the many fingers they have in every pie.
But, they don't have their whole hand in it like Mozilla do, or Opera. Even Safari has ma**ive community support.

If Microsoft made their engine open source it would still fail, because it's largely windows only now. They are wasting their time and everyone else's(smiley)
